Buy Ticket Brokers, Kemp House, 152 City Road London, EC1V 2NX GB, and its affiliates (hereinafter the Company) provide an online information display for the sale and purchase by Company of tickets at the Internet addresswww.buyticketbrokers.com (the Website) and other domain extensions. In particular, the Website allows users to offer for sale tickets for events in the areas of sports, concerts, entertainment, theatre, and musicals (hereinafter “Events”). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) will also apply if there is specified a different legal entity operating the Website and offering the services for specific countries (domains), Events or Listings. Information of legal entity offering services on the Website, will be provided under each Listing, each Event and/or each Domain (Country), with precedence in this order.

General Terms

The following terms apply to all users of the Website, i.e., for those intending to sell tickets (in this capacity Sellers).

Only persons aged 18 and over with unlimited legal capacity as well as legal entities are entitled to sell.

Only person that own the tickets or are entitled to sell the tickets are entitled to sell. Proof of ownership or entitlement to sell may be requested by Company at any time.

Sale

The agreed price for the tickets is the price that the Seller has set during the sale process. The Seller is responsible for setting the price for the tickets. The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the tickets.

Company is entitled to charge a fee for the sale of tickets. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the agreed price for the tickets. The percentage is determined by Company and is displayed on the agreement.

Company will pay the Seller the agreed price for the tickets minus the fee. The payment will be made as agreed between the Seller and Company.

Sales are final and binding. The Seller is obliged to deliver the tickets to the Buyer in accordance with the agreement. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the tickets.

Delivery of tickets

Seller will deliver the tickets within the agreed time frame or one working day.

Company is entitled to verify the validity of the tickets. If the tickets are not valid, Company is entitled to cancel the sale and Seller must return the money within 14 working days.

A 1.5% fee recurring every 30 days will be charged for every day the Seller does not return the money.

Other

The governing law is the law of the country where the Event takes place, alternatively, it is England and Wales.
